Why the Aeration & Fertilization Combo Works

Reno, Sparks and Carson area homes should aerate twice a year in the spring and fall.
Aeration breaks down ‘thatch’
Aerating is the single most important thing you can do for a healthy lawn. Aeration promotes root growth and reduces water usage by getting oxygen and H20 into the root zone. Aerated soil will endure drought stress, fill in bare spots faster and resist insect and disease attack too.

Fertilization feeds your grass

Time is a critical element for lawn fertilization success. Apply at least five times a year beginning in early spring. When root growth becomes more active 5-6 weeks later, follow up with the next treatment high in phosphorus & potassium to increase root mass for H20 efficiency.
